New Here ,
Dec 22, 2021 Dec 22, 2021

When exactly should i cancel my subscription to avoid paying the fee for "early cancellation"?

And how long is the period in which this is possible?

Bonus question: If i cancel now, do i still have access to the apps until my subscription ends (in april)?

(screenshot is in danish but says that a i have to pay for the remainder of the period)

Your subscription does not automatically end. Each year it will renew. It is an annual subscription so each time it renews, your contract promises to pay for a whole year. If you cancel in the last month, there is no fee. If you cancel early, Adobe have a generous discount on the amount left to pay - you pay only 50%.

If you cancel the subscription stops today.

To avoid fees, cancel in your 12th month of service, after final payment is processed but before it renews.

you could check for your plan's start date, renewal date.  if you don't see those, you could check your own records for your first payment date.
