Why does it say to start free trial, when I am already paying for a plan?

When I sign into my creative cloud account on another computer and I want to download photoshop or illustrator it says start free trial, but I am already paying for the monthly plan so shoudn't I be able to download photoshop without asking me to add my card details again?
