Wrong price is shown, customer service lies and ends conversation

I noticed that a large sum of money was taken from my Paypal in the name of Adobe. When I checked this in my account, I saw that there were multiple invoices of € 362,85. For each year of my membership. But I subscribed for € 35,75 per year. When I contacted customer support about it, they told me that it was a new discount for next year and that I will pay 35,75 annually starting next year. Which is not true, because they told me the same last year. (I documented the proof and the experience with the customer support and you can see them in the video I will send along.)

The automatic response of the contact support bot also confirms that it is €35,75 annually, just like the price under my subscription tab. But adobe keeps sending invoices with a larger price than the promised price on the website.
The customer support offered me 2 months of free subscription, but since I got charged
€362,85 instead of €35,75 yearly, for multiple years, I don’t think this is fair. Displaying a wrong price on your site is a mistake that can happen, but it's weird and rude to lie about it and end the chat like that.

The screen recording I took is too big for this post so I’ll send it with this Wetransfer link: https://we.tl/t-AJev31KHYF

i remember that, but i'm not sure why you are polling a public forum about your tax obligations.  anyway, as i recall, you got an opinion.

@Joepxx

35.75 is closer to a monthly cost for an annual subscription.  and it seems unlikely you'd be the only person to post about this.
