32-bit Font Pack installation error.

Hi

I have a pdf file which was received from china and I’m unable to open it.

While opening the pdf, it says a font package is required. When I click ok, it is redirecting me to download the font package and I have downloaded the same.

However, when I try to install it, it says this installer requires adobe reader XI installed on your system.

But I have the latest version of adobe acrobat reader installed.

You didn't post any URLs, so it is difficult to see if you downloaded the font pack from the correct URL.

The download location was at the top of the OP's screengrab. It does appear they downloaded the correct one, so something is up.
