Acrobat 2020 is not printing the entire PDF.

Hello. I have a staff member that prints posters (24" x 36"). PDFs were printing normally until about three weeks ago. Now only the top left portion of the pdf is printing. The staff member has Acrobat 2020.005.30748. They're printing to an HP PageWide XL 4000. Their workstation in Windows 10 Enterprise 22H2, OS Build 19045.5371.

I have uninstalled Acrobat, ran AcroCleaner, and reinstalled Acrobat. The workstation is up to date with both Windows and Dell driver Updates. Please see jpeg.

Sorry for the delayed response.

Usually, such issues are linked to printer drivers; try updating the print driver. Also, ensure your copy of Acrobat is updated.

To check for pending updates, launch Acrobat > Help > Check for Updates.

Also, you may try installing the Adobe Reader freeware app to test whether the issue is linked to the Driver of the printer or the application. You may also try printing a file from another app for testing purposes to rule-out whether the issue is with the printer or Acrobat.
