Acrobat - Active license not recognized - Asking to subscibe
Hello everyone,
We are having issues getting our paid and active Acrobat Pro license to work.


However, when we're trying to use our paid product it tells us that we are using a free account and need to activate/subscibe/renew.


The product has been assigned to the user's email address. Both the administrative user and the product user are the sae as we're a small company. Our goal is to install our paid Acrobat Pro license on the new office manager's laptop.
We've been trying to start Acrobat Pro through Creative Cloud as well as attempt a local install. It's highly confusing to say the least, ultimately nothing has worked and constantly asks to activate/subscribe/renew.
It's been several hours trying to get this to work and our frustration is high as we require a working product.
Any help is much appreciated.
