Acrobat Crashing when changing fonts/signing document

A new version of the Adobe Acrobat / Reader DC is now available, version 19.21.20058. Make sure you have the latest version. Go to Help > Check for Updates.

Here are a few additional questions:

• what is the version number of Adobe AcrobatDC that you're using
• what is the operating system where you have Acrobat installed
• was Adobe Acrobat installed via Creative Cloud subscription or did you subscribed just for the Acrobat.
• can you clarify if this is happening with every PDF file or just the file you're using
• have you tested opening that file in another computer and see if the same problem occurs?

And here are a few suggestion:

• if the file works fine in another computer compare the Preferences settings for Acrobat in that other PC
• try to repair Acrobat; go to the Help menu select Repair Installation
• if you're using windows disable data execution prevention for all programs
• design which signing tool are you using to fill the form and sign the document.
