Acrobat Crashing when trying to save 'reduced size PDF'

Running windows 10 - Acrobat Pro Continuous release version 2023.001.20174.
Trying to save reduced size PDF, crashes every time (no error message, program just closes abruptly after a few seconds of processing).

Works fine on some files but not others - this particular file is not large (15mb & 19 pages).

The issue has only just started today, I use this feature daily and really need it working consistently, please help!

Hi @Craig29883846m05h ,

Try cleaning up the Temp folders and the hidden AppData user profile cache folders.

You may also try repairing the installation as an additional troubleshooting step:

Click Help => Repair Installation

Hi @ls_rbls ,

Thanks for the reply, I have tried all three suggestions but still no luck.
I have also tried re-creating the original PDF then reducing the size but the issue still occurs.
