Acrobat DC always opens instead of Acrobat reader
I have an Aodbe CC account but three computers I use regularly, home, office and laptop. The CC Licence only allows 2 computers to be active concurrently.
Every time I view a PDF I have to activate the CC licence for that computer. Is there a way to have the Acrobat Reader as default for when the licence for a computer is not active? It is always a hassle to reactivate the license just to quickly view a PDF Document. Both are installed and the reader is already set as default.
The answer from Adobe on a different thread asking to set the Reader as default, to "uninstall DC if you want to use the Reader," I find very flippant! There are times when one needs the full version.
Do I need to use a third party viewer as default? if so what can people recommend as a stable PDF viewer, that doesn't load the system with advertising or other trash?
