Acrobat DC doesn't open anymore (Mac)

Hello there,

I have a current subscription to Acrobat DC. The payment and the App on my Mac are updated, but I can not open any files and the App.

When I click the Acrobat DC icon, I see the App receving the input but it suddenly disappear and doesn't open.

 

What's the problem?

Hi,

 

Looks like something has corrupted the signature of the adobe application, I would uninstall, make sure all the files are removed and then restart and reinstall.

Hi,

 

Which version of OSX are you using?

Are you able to see anything in the console app?

 

To use the console app, open it from "/Applications/Utilities/Console", with that open try and run Acrobat and see if anything appears in the console.

I use macOS Catalina 10.15.7.

I opened "Console" and clicked on Adobe App, then I saw MacOS error -67030 and MacOS error -67023.

 

What does it mean?
