Acrobat.exe - Entry Point Not Found

증상)

1. Acrobat이 정상적으로 실행됩니다.

2. Trellix Endpoint(McAfee)를 설치합니다. (바이러스 백신 프로그램)

3. 다음과 같은 오류 팝업이 뜹니다. (첨부 사진)

- Acrobat.exe 진입점을 찾을 수 없음

프로시저 진입점 sqlite3_sourceid 동적 연결 라이브러리 C:\Program Files|McAfee\Agent\x86\ma_database.dll입니다.

 

 

Acrobat에서 MCAFEE의 DLL을 찾으려고 하는 이유는 무엇입니까? 문제를 해결하는 방법?

Would you mind sharing a small video recording of your workflow for a better understanding?

 

Please try to download Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 runtime from Microsoft Download Center. Install it by double-clicking the downloaded file - vc_redist.x64.exe (on 64-bit computers) and vc_redist.x86.exe (on 32-bit computers) and see if that works for you.

Not resolved. This is something that has already been tested.

My question is:
Why does acrobat want to use the Trellix ( C:\Program Files|McAfee\Agent\x86\ma_database.dll) library?

Trellix says that the problem is that Acrobat.exe is trying to use Trellix's dll file, not Trellix's problem.

We are sorry to hear that the issue still persists. Would you mind collecting the Adobe CC logs https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html  , Procmon logs (Win Only) https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/acromonitor.html  and share them via any cloud storage. Just upload the log file to the cloud, generate the link, and share that link with us for further investigation.
