Acrobat for Windows on ARM

Adobe recently announced that Photoshop, Lightroom, Adobe Express, Adobe Firefly, and Adobe Acrobat are now available to run on ARM, however I can't seem to find the download for Acrobat. Is the ARM version just included in the 64-bit installer? What mode is it running in? ARM64EC or fully native? The latest support article is from 2021 and still shows it runs under emulation mode, which means a lot of features are not working (Adobe Acrobat and Acrobat Reader ARM processor support on Windows) correctly.

It's been almost a year now and still zero communication about when/if a native ARM version is coming. This is not really a way to treat your paying customers, Adobe!

Using new ARM Surface laptop Acrobat is not allowing editing within the PDF.. A PDF in Palatino Lintotype that I tried to edit got a response that Palatino Lintotype was not supported (even though it appeared in the list of available typefaces) and Arial had been substituted but this didn't work either. Instead the edited text that was supposedly in Arial came out as a bunch of random symbols.

Acrobat 32 Bit version does not really work on ARM machines. I already installed it twice, because after a few days it stops working and does not even start. Now I have the same issue once again.

While I wholeheartedly agree that it'd be nice having a native (better performance, less battery use) version, we've been using Acrobat DC in emulation mode on a Surface Pro since past summer until now, on a daily basis, with zero issues.
I therefore suspect your issues are not platform related but perhaps specific to your device / Windows.

This needs a fix ASAP. Just bought the latest Surface Laptop (gen 7) and no support for Adobe acrobat as it's running ARM64. So frustrating.

ADOBE..... When can we expect a fix?

@vanqtt kind of - the only version that works on Windows ARM right now is the 32-bit version of Acrobat (which is kind of pathetic), and it's running emulation not ARM64EC or native. I've received no answer if/when a native version is coming 😞

Hi,

Thanks for posting your concerns.

Currently, Acrobat 32-bit version is supported on Windows ARM devices ( in emulation mode ). Native ARM support is not yet available on Windows.
