Acrobat language change

Hello, I'm having trouble changing language from English to Croatian. I've tried to change it "edit->preferences->language" and set it to choose at app start or to OS language wich is set to Croatian. 

Neither method worked. I could reinstall with another installer and set it to language I need, but there are Certificates installed, and some other preferences are pre-set, wich I would like not to change, and set it up again. Is there any way to install langugae pack, or is there any other method wich exclude reinstalling.

What languages are shown when you select "choose at startup"?

I have no option to select, even when I try to start it with CTRL+Enter. It start up in English as usually.
