Acrobat not printing - only blank pages

Question

Im using adobe Acrobat version 2024.002.21005 on my macOS Sonoma 14.6.1; when I print a PDF file the page is always blank.  I have the unintalled and re-installed Adobe and the printer/driver - Adobe still only prints blank pages.   Anyone lese have this isse, what did you do to fix it?

Hi @Heather365098794p5g ,We apologize for the inconvenience you are facing. Can you please help with the following questions to resolve the issue?1. Are you using Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader?2. Have the issue started after any recent updates, was it working fine in previous versions of Acrobat you are using?3. Have you tried repairing the Adobe Application?4. While reinstalling, did you use Adobe Cleaner to uninstall Adobe Application? (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html)5. Are you on Intel or ARM OS?6. Does the issue persist on the recent update, have you tried updating the Adobe application to the latest version?Thanks,Abhinav Sethi
