Acrobat notification and forcibly closed: Your subscription is for Simplified Chinese version

 

Acrobat提示:您订阅的是简体中文产品版本,然后强制关闭了软件

 

我的订阅是Adobe团队版,操作系统是macOS 15.4.1,所有语言设置都会简体中文,其他的Adobe产品例如PS不受影响

I think all users here need an interim solution to continue our work. So, could you provide it? E.g., historical version installer, etc..

Same issue for me. Acrobat 2025.001.20476. MacOS 15.4.1.

have the same problem. I've already set the system language, but I still can't use the PDF. However, other Adobe software works fine for me

I'm subscribed to Adobe Team Product

My Mac running macOS 15.4.1, language setting is Simplified Chinese

only Acrobat has this issue—other Adobe apps like PS work fine.

Thanks for you help,but it's not work,the problem still come again,maybe I should contact local support on phone in work hours.
