Acrobat Pro 2020 - Cannot change font and closed unexpectedly

I am using Macbook Pro 14 M1 chips with Sonoma 14.1.2.

The Acrobat Pro 2020 is in 2020.005.30539, which should be the latest version.

However, I cannot change the font and it keeps at Helvetica.

If I try to click different fonts a few times, it will close the whole application unexpectedly.

I have tried to reinstall Acrobat Pro completely but it still has the same issue.
