Acrobat Pro: How do I get rid of 3x3 squares in the view of my screen

A certain moment the blanc creen filled with 3x3 quares.
How do I get rid of them?

Hi, @marina_5809, Apparently, at some point, you pressed Command/Control-u, but to turn it off, follow steps 1 – 4 below (or press Command/Control-u).
