My windows 10 has an Acrobat x pro 10.1.16 and since a few days ago, PDF file from outer parties (not made by me) shows downgrated images, which makes me read documents impossible. When I open them in chrome, there is no problem.

Does someone help me this bug?

Acrobat X is an old and unsupported version, and is not officially compatible with any current OS.
To increase the chances of it working properly you can run it in Compatibility Mode with an earlier OS, like Windows 7, but that's about it. Problems with it are to be expected, and not solutions will be forthcoming from Adobe.

Hi @MADMA_urbanism+landsc1654

Acrobat 10 is out of support long ago. If the pdf files were opening fine for you earlier and now you are getting the issue, I would recommend to check for any changes in your environment or how you are creating the pdfs
