Adding a signature box on a form to be digitally completed on an i pad.

I am trying to create a new employee form that does not require the certified e signature.  This form will be completed on an i pad when an employee is hired.  Using e signature will not work.  How can I do this when I prepare the form.

By "certified e signature" and "Using e signature will not work", do you mean they need to use a digital certificate to sign the document? If so, Acrobat on iPad doesn't support that.

That is correct.  We have a lot of turnover and digital certificates would not be feasable as I understand it.  So, if Acrobat on i pad does not support that, are there other suggestions where on the i pad we can get the new hires to sign these forms.

Well, the only three options are digital certificates, e-signatures, and ink signatures. You've already rejected digital certificates and e-signatures and you can't use ink signatures on an iPad.
