Adobe Acrobat 15 Activation/Login Loop on Windows 11 24H2

Dear Adobe Support Team,
I am experiencing a problem activating my Adobe Acrobat 15 license on a Windows 11 24H2 computer. When I launch the application, I am prompted to sign in with my Adobe ID. However, after successfully signing in, the software keeps returning to the login prompt and will not proceed to the activation or allow me to use the product.
Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue, or assist with an offline activation method?
