A file called Acro3D.msi got corrupted and I tried to re-install Acrobat 9.0 Pro, but it won't because this file is no longer to be found.  Please help.

if you have an incompatible os (esp mac) you can expect some (or a lot of) problems with acrobat 9.

what's your os?

Windows 7 Professional. Is there any way to download Acro3D.msi?

you said you had acrobat 9.

if you have acrobat dc, that is compatible with win 7.

first, uninstall all acrobat and reader versions that might be installed.  (check your control panel>uninstall programs)

then clean per Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

then restart your computer

finally reinstall acrobat dc

Is there an Adobe Acrobat 9.0 Pro Cleaner Tool? I want my computer to be rid of this program
