Adobe Acrobat does not open

When opening my adobe acrobat it tells me that there is a mistake and that I should either open acrobat before or talk to an administrator — it does not tell me what kind of mistake it is (no mistake number) and I cannot open it in another way. The problem exists since almost half a year. My other programms work the way they should and my license is valid.
