ADOBE ACROBAT ON MAC KEEPS CRASHING

Question

This is a continual problem where the Actobat is not responding, so I force quit. It WILL NOT repon. I've had to reinstall several times. The last time I found a fix that instructed me to go to Activity Monitor and quit certain functions. I can't find that post now and am not sure what is going on and how I can fix this so it will not continualy happen.

I hope you're doing well, and we apologize for the delayed response and the trouble.

You can use the Acrobat Cleaner Tool to remove any corrupt or conflicting files that may be causing the issue. You can find the tool here: Acrobat Cleaner Tool.

After uninstalling Acrobat, restart your machine and download it again using this URL: Acrobat DC Downloads.
