Adobe Acrobat PDF Pack - Organize Pages

Hello, I dont understand why when I try to Organize my PDF pages insted to open my PDF the pricing page opens .

I did purchased Adobe Acrobat PDF Pack.

Hi Raman,

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that. As described you are unable to organize the PDF pages and getting the pricing page.

Please try to logout of the application and reboot the computer once and re-login with the same Adobe ID and password and check if that works.

You may also try to organize the page via Document Cloud https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/ and see if that works for you.

I logged out and restarted my computer and it still doesn't work. I paid the entire year fee to be able to easily orangize pages and not have to use the cloud version of it. It is very frustrating as it used to work for over a year and then all of a sudden it is not letting me. I would greatly appreciate some help asap.

We are sorry to hear that the issue still exists. For the testing purposes, please try to organise pages using the document cloud link shared earleir and see if you are able to do so.

Also, please share the application you are using to organize pages is it the Acrobat Reader DC (Freeware application) or Adobe Acrobat DC (Paid Subacription)? A small video recording of the issue would be very helpful and make sure that you are logged in with the correct Adobe ID.
