Adobe Acrobat pro 2020 cannot copy and paste pages

Hi I've bought a license for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 Relase (classic). It works fine but I cannot copy and past pages. The options are greyed out. It's not a document protection issue. Any idea how to solve it?

Please check if the options are greyed when you work with other files. If not, it could be a file-related issue.

You can check if any permissions for copying and pasting text have been added to the PDF. If that is not the case, could you please share a screenshot of the greyed-out option?

Try reinstalling the application once.

- Uninstall the application

- Reboot the machine.

- Download the installer from the following page: https://adobe.ly/42LgmD5.
