adobe acrobat pro is very laggy on windows 10

there are many issues and one of them is when i try to delete pages, i cant even see what i'm entering. i will attach picture as a reference . I'm new to Adobe and it seems like i'm back in 2000s, maybe i downloaded a wrong version?
