Adobe Acrobat Pro software error

I used Adobe Acrobat Pro software without any problems until October 18, 2023. But now, when I run Adobe Acrobat Pro, I see an empty gray area. When I try the Alt+F shortcut, Acrobat Pro gives the message "An internal error has occurred" and the program does not run. I expect your help in this matter. Thank you.

Acrobat employees could not provide a solution to my problem. They stated that it is not compatible with Windows 10 Operating System. I am shocked. I still don't understand why the current operating system supported by Microsoft doesn't work either. So I had to uninstall Adobe Acrobat.

Acrobat runs in all flavors on a current Windows 10 system. What are your exact versions of Acrobat and Windows?

My tip: uninstall – run AcroCleaner https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html - install again.

My operating system is Windows 10 Enterprise 22H2. The Acrobat Pro I use is the latest version of Acrobat Pro, which requires a subscription. The answer to my problem from adobecare.24x7@outlook.com is attached to my message.
