Adobe Acrobat Request Signature Stuck at 72%

I am using a Windows 11 device and I am attempting to use the request signature feature on Adobe Acrobat. The request gets stuck at 72% and will never finish. I have attempted to use the Adobe uninstall tool and follow some forum recommendations, but this did not help. I have fully reinstalled Windows on my device and installed Adobe Acrobat with a fresh installer from the website. Acrobat is fully updated. Requesting signatures on the web version works fine, but the same document will become stuck on the desktop version. Can I please receive help to fix this issue?

@SGBSL it might be Adobe's srver-side issues, whch you can check at Adobe Status. Based on similar reports from other users, this seems to be a recurring issue with the desktop version of Acrobat, especially on Windows 11, and it’s likely tied to how the app communicates with Adobe’s servers. One workaround that’s helped others is to go into Preferences > Adobe Online Services and re-authenticate or reset your connection to Adobe’s cloud. Also, make sure your firewall or antivirus isn’t blocking Acrobat’s access to the internet. If the issue persists, using the web version for signature requests might be the most reliable path for now.
