We have a user who keeps receiving a blank window while using Adobe Acrobat Standard 2017 (See attached image). This window appears to come up randomly. Last time it happened, the user noticed that it came up after waking the laptop from sleep mode. User ends up having to close out of Adobe and then re-open for the window to go away. Any suggestions?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat.
What we suggest is to run Acrobat Distiller and then the login using the credentials on the sign up page. Once done, open Acrobat Pro DC and then check.
