Adobe DC Fill and Sign Option is missing from the Tools Option

Greetings Adobe Community,
The Adobe DC Fill and Sign option is missing from the Tools Options.  I was working with a legal document.  I am testing using a test file and still no luck.
I've completed the following:

  • Closed Adobe and reopened the application
  • Resaved the file as a different name
  • Rebooted my laptop
  • Checked languages under Preferences
  • Checked for updates (no updates pending)
  • Resaved the file as a PDF using Print < Adobe PDF Option

 

I am not having any luck.  Your suggestions are greatly appreciated.  Tiff

It sounds like the 'Fill and Sign' tool is missing from your Acrobat Pro, and the usual troubleshooting hasn’t helped. Please try the steps below:

 

1. Repair the installation (Windows only):
Open Acrobat and go to Help > Repair Installation, then restart your computer.

 

If that doesn’t work:

2. Uninstall Acrobat using the Acrobat Cleaner Tool: https://adobe.ly/4kjOGLO

Restart your computer

Reinstall Acrobat from this direct link: https://adobe.ly/4dlhJMO;

@Tiff TCCS your tool may be hidden.  If you see a search bar within the Tools panel, try typing "Fill & Sign" to see if it appears in the search results. If it does, you can click the "+" button next to it to add it back to your main Tools list or the right-hand pane.
