User using Adobe Pro. Has not had this issue until recently. "The file may be read-only, or another user may have it open. Please save the document with a different name or in a different folder. User opens file on a network drive. Edits said document and proceeds to save it. Upon save this error occurs. Error is for every single Adobe file on Network Share. User can save the file locally, edit, then move it into said folder to override the file. Also disabling Preview Pane allows user to save. User is a high PDF file editor user. Need to be able to enable Preview Pane.
File is not set to read-only access. User has full permissions to edit said file and save it. Protected View is off. Other users no problem same persmissions. This is impacting this one particular user. What's up with Adobe? Does it think having the preview pane counts as an active session and not allowing saving on the Network Drive? No issues doing anything locally. Thoughts?

The user may have a network problem. I've seen that with heavy network use (slow network).

I have the same error and have tried everything. Moved the document from the network to local share, copied the document, verified rights to the document. Preview pane isn't on. This seems to be a new issue of an old problem. I can rename the document, but trying to edit the document like removing a page or splitting causes the error.
