Adobe Forms: "This Signature Requires Validation"

My organization uses adobe e-sign capabilities for internal forms. Upon receipt of a signed form, the highlight bar says that "a signatures requires validation." Is this new? I have not seen this before.  I have figured out a way to make an individual "trusted" - manually. Is there a way to push trusted contacts by IT so that all signatures are "valid"?  Please note: most individuals within the firm use Adobe Reader. I have Acrobat DC Pro

Hi jonathanm,

Sorry for the delay in response.

As per the issue description mentioned above, you want to add certificates to trusted identities enterprise-wide, is that correct?

Please refer to the following forum thread discussing the similar topic:

Let us know if you have any further query.
