Adobe keeps asking me if I want to open the document

I recently did an update and now when I open pdf's, instead of the document openeing automatically, a window pop's up stating "Would you like to open this document"

I open 1500 documents per day and this exta step is something I can do without. 

How do I remove the step where adobe wants me to verify if i really want to open the document?
