I am trying to use the send for signature function on Adobe Pro. I am able to click 'Request E-signatures' and input an email, but if I click 'More Options' or 'Specify Where to Sign,' I am redirected back to the PDF document. (There is no send option so I think it glitches out.) Please advise. (I already made sure my software is up to date.)

If the issue still occurs, share the screen recording of the workflow you use to send documents for signature.
In the meantime, try sending documents using the Acrobat Online account and confirm if you experience the same behavior. Open this link: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/ and sign in using your Adobe ID.
Could you please confirm if you use the same email address you used to sign in here in the community?
We did check the email address and did not see any subscription under that account.
It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording of the workflow you use to send documents for signature.
