agree or decline signatures lines

I have a document that needs the signer to either put their signature on the "I agree" line or "I decline" line. I send the form out as a filliable form with required signatures, but I don't know how to give the signer the option to choose between one or the other. Is there a way to do a required signature like a radio button? I just know that I can't put a required signature line on both "I agree" and "I decline". It has to be one or the other. Any help would be wonderful.

I would add a drop-down that says "I agree" and "I decline" and then use a script to show the signature field based on their selection. Although, if you do it like that then you don't really need two fields. One should be enough. You just need to hide it before-hand and then show it when a selection is made in that drop-down (and make it required, too).

I thought of that as well. But it is a new document that we got from our agency and I need to make sure that I can make adjustments to it. I am just waiting for an answer. I was just hoping that there might be a way to do the two signatures, but I don't think that there will be. Thanks for the suggestion though.

That is also possible. You can use the Signed event of each field to make the other one not-required, or even hide it.
