AI ASSISTANT PROBLEM

Hello everyone, I have a problem with the Acrobat AI assistant, which no longer appears.

There is no more space for the prompts or anything about it, how can I fix it?

already tried to reinstall sometimes, doesnt worked for me.

Hi @Erton_Cl�maco1646 ,

Could you please check any other view e.g. Edit, Convert or E-Sign next to All tools pane. From the screenshot you shared it appears that none of the CEF views are visible. If those are also blank, I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the application again.

Hello, thanks for the answer.

the other tabs work normally, only the AI assistant doesn't.

I have already reinstalled 3 times

Hi @Erton_Cl�maco1646,

To help us investigate the issue further, could you please share the diagnostic logs?

To collect the logs:

Download and run the Diagnostics Utility from: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-diagnostics.html
Click on Start Diagnostics.
Launch Acrobat, reproduce the issue with your file.
Once done, click Stop Monitoring.
Copy the Log ID and share it with us.
