AI Assistant / Something went wrong. Please, try again.

Hi, I have a problem with the AI assistant. The size of the document is 336 pages (4.6 MB) (attached). I use Adobe Acrobat Pro Version 2024.003.20180

 

It does not work both on the app and on the web: It is either "An error occurred. Please try again." or "Something went wrong. Please, try again".  

 

I work on Mac Sequoia 15.1 

 

How to solve the problem?

Sorry for the delayed response and troubled experience. 
I just ran some checks on the file, and there seem to be multiple issues with the file. Since you have access to Adobe Acrobat Pro, you may try running Preflight fixups and check if that works for you. When I ran some fixes using the Preflight tool and then ran AI assistant it seems to be working now. We were able to reproduce the issue, and this will be fixed with the upcoming update.
