An error occurred retrieving policies

Hello all,

Fresh installation on a PC with a generated packet from Adobe. When I open a PDF document, I get a popup with an error that I have to click twice.

I have tried reinstalling and using the cleaner Adobe provides but when I install again the same popup appears. If I click OK twice I can open the document fine.

Any suggestions? Help will be greatly appreciated.
