Appearance Integrity Report with code 1002, but no comments found in Acrobat Pro DC

We got signed PDF with valid signatures. Viewing the signed version the Appearance Integrity Reports lists a Report code 1002 "The document contains comments".

When opening the comment tool "No Comments Yet" is reported, which cause some trouble, as we don't know if we can trust the signature.
