At least one signature has problems

I know that there have been others that have brought this type of problem up, but I have not seen any that resolved it the way I'm hoping to.

 

Back in the beginning of the pandemic, I created a local (to my system) signature file.  I have been signing a weekly report ever since.  Along the way, I also created a digital signature in Adobe's system, for signing a different set of reports.  Those reports, I have no problem with, due to the system automatically connecting and validing the signature.

 

The ones that I use the local file for, are showing as 'At least one signature has problems' due to the local nature of the signature proof file.

 

What I want to know is; as I'm part of a company that has an account that already has a valid signture file, can I merge the local one with the already online version? Can I do anything to upload the local file to make it valid in a way to makes others that view it besides myself also get a green check mark of valid signature?  I'm trying to avoid having to just have anyone that views these files have to go through the 'trust' screen(s) to see the signatures as valid.

Apologies for the non-quick reply to this.  I still don't see a way to have the self-signature (local) to my system validated in such a way as to be seen as validated when someone other than me opens the file.

 

My preference, as I mentioned in the original details would be to just merge the two, but I would be just as happy if I could find a way to make the local (to my system) one, a digital 'online' one so that anyone that views the 'signed' files that were originally 'self-signed' would get the correct 'Certified by Adobe Acrobat Sign' at the top when the files are opened.
