Availability for any adobe centralized signature application server

In my company Tribunal de Contas de Pernambuco we have used adobe reader and adobe acrobat in order to do digital signature based on certificates on PDF files. It is required configure all adobe reader and acrobat installed on several computers in company and external company partners. I would like to know if adobe has a centralized solution or product to be installed such as web server application  where all configuration can be cetralized and all realiable certificates authorities can be installed in only this central local. Thus all empleoyers and external partners could be acess this central web server application in order to sign pds documents throud upload files,. It is required this sign application suport LTV long time validation also.

It is very hard to manager distributed installation inside company and impossible to manage partners computers installations
