[Bug] if word / powerpoint has EMOJI in heading/smartart

then Add-on Adobe-plugin (for Word & Powerpoint) unable to generate PDF file properly.

i've latest paid version of both Office 365 and adobe creative cloud

I have experienced the exact same issue since late last year. I update all software regularly, and continue to have this problem.
