I'm trying to find a wat to convert a file, that I've converted into a PDF in Photoshop, into a spreadsheet. The original file and the pdf has images in it and I can't figure out a way to keep those images once it's converted to a spreadsheet. I've tried all of the options in the Word and Spreadsheet under export.  This is the pdf file that I would like to convert to a spreadsheet. The little color blocks with symbols is not converting when exported to a word document or a shreadsheet. I's it possible to convert the whole thing as shown? Thanks in advance for any help.

Correct answer gary_sc

Do you know the original application for the file? That would help.

What is the format for the current original file? (JPG, TIF, DOCX???)

Now that you've converted it into a PDF, have you run OCR on the file?

Before I ask more questions, can you please answer these?

Thanks
