Can I create a fillable dropdown option within a list of preset options?

Hi, 

I have a dropdown list with the names of all of our schools, we continue to add schools constantly so I would rather add an "other" option where they can fill in the blank in the same spot when they do not see their school. I cannot add anymore fields, what would be the best way to do this?

In dropdown field options, you can select 'Allow user to enter custom text' so they can enter name manually.
