Can't find 'Tags' panel in Navigation Pane

I'm  using Adobe Acrobat XI Standard.

I am trying to automatically create bookmarks using tags. I have successfully tagged the document, but I can't seem to find the tags panel in my Acrobat (see below).

Can someone please help me to find the 'Tags' panel?
