Can't read Sticky Notes in Reader DC or Acrobat DC Pro

Question

Using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC I created a fillable form to be completed by vendors.  One of the vendors completed the form and added Sticky Notes or Comments in the document.  I can see the icons for the comments, but I can't read them.  I have tried opening the comments section in both Reader DC and Pro DC.  Any help to be able to view these would be great.

Please open the Comments app from the Right hand panel. If any comment is added to the Sticky Note annot, it will be visible on the right hand panel. I am attaching a snapshot of the Right hand panel where you can find the comment tool.
