Can't Rotate Custom Stamp(2025)

I am experiencing some problems rotating my custom stamp.

I took a snapshot on one of the part of existing PDF. Saved it as PDF file. Created it as a stamp.
At first, there is no issues like this. All are smooth sailing.
Suddenly, I can't rotate the stamp.

And all newly insert stamps has the same situation. Also the nodes for resize became smaller.
I read a topic about it, but no direct answers were posted.

The outer blue rectangle rotates together with the resize nodes, but the inner blue rectangle together with the image stay still.

I will attached some screenshots for reference including the version of my Adobe Acrobat.

I'd try some luck on the post I saw but nothing helped.

-Restart PC

-Repair Adobe Acrobat

-Uninstall / Install

-Recreate stamp (multiple times)

-Check for updates

-Disabling Protected View

-Disabling Enable Enhanced Security

-Adobe Acrobat Diagnostics (tried)

@クリスチャン I have no issues with rotating the stamp with the stamp tool as shown in the video. The first picture, where the stamp is selected, its not selecting the small stamp '78  and the rorate tool is found in the centre of the rotate tool (in orange)... Or maybe, I am mis-understanding you question

Maybe I explained it less understanble, sorry.
Rotating the stamp is not the problem, I am pointing out that when I rotating it, the nodes(your orange mark) rotated, but the image is still in upright position if you noticed it. The image should be rotated also.

Anyway, I uninstall and reinstall it 2 times(as the issue still remain on the 1st attempt) and it resolved the issue.

Trial and error is the answer, I think.

 

This issue is occured way back before, based on the post that I read here. But still, Adobe doesn't have direct answer why is it occuring and how to resolve it.

 

Anyway, thanks for noticing my post.

I am having this same exact issue with v2025.001.20529 for Mac OS.  Custom stamps do not rotate any longer, only the bounding box rotates, the image does not. It did work a week ago.  All stock Adobe stamps work fine.  Using J console provided the same result, all custom stamps no longer rotate. Is there a setting or update needed,
