Can't save exported image from PDF to a particular folder on Windows

Hi brains trust,

Have only had this start the last few weeks, but I cannot export a PDF to a JPEG and save it in a particular folder. Downloads or Desktop work fine, but not the folder i want to export to. See screenshot. I've unticked this 'Read only' box several times and it's not 'sticking'. Ideas?

Thank you for reaching out.

 

As you cannot change the attributes for the folder, this does not seem to be an Acrobat-related issue.

That seems to be why you cannot save the file to that folder. Are you using the works machine or the personal machine? If it is a work machine, try checking with your IT department.
