Can't scroll to Fill & Sign

I'm trying to put my signature into a pdf. The left hand toolbar has that option in it but I can't scroll down to be able to see it and click it!! I'm soooo frustrated i'm in tears. Has anyone else had this happen? And how did you sort it please?
