Can't see the texts fields once I share the file or print

I created a form and while in "prepare a form" I was able to see the text fields. In preview the text seemed to disappear and when I printed or shared the file the text isn't visible. I google searched and removed all security, made sure field "visible" under properties and I still can't see the text in preview or when shared.

As the text was visible in the form fields, please let us know how you share the form. Are you using the Acrobat application to share the form? Share the steps you use.

Please share a screenshot of how the form appears before and after you share it. Also, could you share the form that you are using?

Have you been able to check if this happens with other files? If not, please try the same steps using a test file and see if you experience the same behavior.
